I would like to express my deepest apologies to you racers and to the race for the problems you experienced today. Along with the weather, the timing equipment at the finish line failed. It took us about 15 minutes to determine where the problem was and install a replacement timing point. We were using a backup system, so we recorded times for everybody crossing the finish line. However, due to the speed at which some of you came across the finish line, and because some people were not wearing numbers on their fronts, we missed getting numbers assigned to the backup times. The end result is that we never produced age group results at the race site.

In addition to the challenges we had with equipment, when I was trying to clean up the problems this afternoon, I inadvertently deleted some of the corrections you racers so patiently helped me work out at the race site.

So I once again, have to ask for your patience and help. Please take a moment and review the results and check to see that your time is correct. If you see there is a problem, (and after you get done cursing me out), please take a moment and send me an e-mail, using the above Contact Us link, explaining what the error is. If I told you a time, and you remember it, please let know that. Also, I need to know if you have a time that you captured on your watch, or can tell me how far ahead or behind another racer you were. I can use this information to verify against our backup. Be sure to include your Racer Number and Name.

Once again I apologize for the equipment failure and for you having to do double work.
