Race Timing Services
Milliseconds Sports Timing provides timing services for sporting events using a transponder or "chip" timing system. We have packages for the following types of events. If we do not list your specific event, contact us and we put together a package for your race.
All of our race include many extras such as: support for day of race registration, posting results to the Internet, and results ready for an on time start of your awards ceremony.

Capture and Report Multiple Interval Times (return to top)
Perhaps your race has multiple laps, interesting points (King or Queen of the Mountain) or is a relay (a 24 hour race). We can list multiple times from the same point or different points for a runner or team and display them on the results and our web site. We can also rank the leader at each point.
On-line registration (return to top)
Many races are now allowing their participants to register for their race using a secure on-line registration service. To do this the on-line service charges each registrant a convenience fee. Using Milliseconds Sports Timing on-line registration, when a participant registers for a race, the registration information automatically flows to our timing system. This smooth flow of information is a great advantage for us; therefore, when your race uses our secure on-line registration system, we will deduct from your final bill a portion of each on-line registrant's convenience fee.
Fund Raising E-mail (return to top)
As part of our on-line registration system, the registrant has the ability to invite their friends to participate in the race. We offer this service for free for events that are raising funds for a charitable organization. For a modest fee, which just covers our costs, we can even accept donations for your charity.
Race Organizer's On-line Data Entry (return to top)
Not every participant will register for a race on-line. As a race organizer, you have to keep track of this information. You can use our free Race Organizer's on-line data entry system to track this information. During your expo and packet pickup period you can use this system to update participant data so when the participant verifies their chip the data is automatically updated.
Live updates to the Internet (return to top)
Larger races are now starting to post interval information to the Internet. This allows friends and families to track their favorite participant's progress. Our timing software, Milliseconds Pro, supports this capability via a wireless connection.
